facelift OEM subwoofer, rear speaker not working

Hi, i have an OEM subwoofer in my avant but i don´t know why it doesnt work. My radio is Navi Plus.

there's a separate fuse for the rear amp in the fusebox - check there first#
or just take off the LHS boot cubbyhole cover and find the connector block then use a multimeter to check for 12v on one of the wires

i dont have separate fuse, fuse is for radio, speakers and subwoofer, i check it. There is 12V on connector to subwoofer and amp.
