Facelift Boot Removal

Hi,am removing the boot off my 2000 facelift saloon soon,and am wondering if there's a multiplug near the rear light or do I need to pull the wiring through the boot?Also,is it better to leave the hinges on the boot or the car?

I had to pull the wiring through the boot, little tricky but it does go. I left the hinges on the car.
