1.8t Oil return from turbo

Since removing the sump my oil return from the turbo is leaking at the sump and I don't want to tighten up the bolts any more in the fear of stripping the thread. Is there a gasket I can order to stop this leaking or will I have to make one out of a beer mat etc?

It should have a pressed steel gasket on it. You can usually get away with reusing it, if you smear a bit of sump sealant on it before bolting it up.

Mine is dripping and loosing a fair amount of oil. Might see if audi sell them on there own if not I'll make a new one, possibly our of annealed copper.*
