Just did a oil, filters, and plug change.
These NGK BKR7E seem pretty good. They are very cheap and are copper but all the American forums recommend them. They will need changing quite often but thats not much of a problem.
It had NGK PFR6Q in it before but i thought i would go a step colder since fitting the K04 and since its chipped.
I used castrol SLX II oil.
