Powerflex replacement bushes and lowering springs for a4 2.6Q

Has anyone fitted the replacement powerflex bushes themselves?

Is it a nightmare of a job and if it can be tackled at home, how long might it take?

By the same token, replacing the stock springs for lowering ones is that a DIY job?

Any experience shared is appreciated
