Windscreen Plastics

How do you replace the plastic bits round the windscreen?
Pull them out when the glass is in or wait for someone to take the glass out and do it then?

The sides and top has started to corrode and is attacking the paint near them, so I'd like to replace them before it gets to bad.

Any one had them replaced or done it them self?

sides just pull off, but the top is bonded in with the screen.

Cool.
So get the screen replaced and I get a new top section.
Just need to do something with the paint when the glass it out and by new sides from Audi.

no, you'll need to buy the top section from audi, would be unlikely that autoglass etc would bring one.
