TQS Avant back box needed

Car in for work and garage cannot get hold of back box for TQS Avant anywhere from their usual suppliers. He had to resort to contacting "main stealers" (£300) but even they don't have one in stock and have quoted 7-10 delivery. Old exhaust is not patch/weld-able. Turning into a ****** nightmare and Mrs (nurse) needs car to be able to get to and from work on earlies as taxis buses not feasible...

Is it worth getting a tailor made sysytem and if so where, any suggestions? Help please chaps!
