Just bought an A4 Sport turbo!Woooo but i need help!

HI guys, just purchased myself a lovely example of an A4 1.8T Sport.
94 M plate. 71,000miles FSH.

Everything seems ok apart from a slight knocking when you really boot it. Is this likely to be engine mount/ Gearbox mounts?
If so how much are they to have replaced? Its not a steering problem.

If not what else could it be??

Also, how hard is it to change the dash lights as half of mine are dead!

Help pleeease!
