Removing front seats

Hi guys,

I'm having a bit of an issue removing my front seats. I've done a search, and looked in my Haynes but not found the answer.

How do you undo the clip on the front rail? All my other VWs have had a 10mm nut+bolt to unscrew, but this doesn't. Here's a picture to illustrate:

Ive done it, but cant remember(Dont say anything Scott!!!lol)

Im sure the design of the peg is you just squeeze it too compress before sliding it out, it wasnt too dificult from what i mind!
