audi a4 2.5tdi 150 BHP INCREASE

My mate has a 2000 Audi a4 2.5tdi 150bhp V6 quattro and he is looking for mods to increase some major BHP on it. Any suggestions for bigger turbo (p&p), bigger injectors, fuel pump, sport chip or remap. Also how much bhp will these mods give to his car?

Start with a later 180bhp turbocharger and a tuning box, should be good for 200 Bhp... Tuning these with injectors and such gets expensive as remapping the ecu requires soldering of new chips in the ecu...
