Split coolant pipi

On my 110 tdi AFN engine, there is a coolant pipe coming off the top of the rad.
It tees into the coolant reservoir bottle before it terminates on the engine block.
Where it terminated to the block is on a solid plastic connection with a spring clamp.
This solid plastic connection seems to be like a bit of a x-road and unfotunately mine has a hair line crack.
Does anyone know what this connection is called or where to source.
Could really do with some help, because the poor girl is loosing coolant likes it going out of fashion

Is this the plastic pipe thats got the sensor plugged in to it?

If so, mine did the same thing and I got a new one unopened here.
