How to remove the starter motor... Any tips?

Need to swap out my starter so had a very quick peek this afternoon. First impressions not good Looks fairly well buried behind the air con compressor.
Can anyone help with a quick 'how to' or a link to one please? Looks a bit of a nightmare tbh

Probably best doing it from underneath? Theres not really anything below it, so i'd imagine it should be fairly accessible from under the car.

The bolts go thru from the gearbox side from memory, there may or may not be a nut on them, i cant remember.

Its held on with two bolts, then a little stabilising bracket at the back.
