sell or break??

ive just picked up a 2000 s4 avant reg number s4 yoo, its had a recent engine re-build, but its got 194000 on the cock, no mot or tax, and has a dent in the tailgate and paintwork needs tidying up on he rear bumper, and needs new fuel pump, other than that its in good condition and obviously with the engine re-build runs really nice.
Would i be better off:
Selling it as is (not sure what its worth, any ideas??)
Fixing it up and selling it
Breaking down for parts

Any ideas would be much appreciated, cheers

It doesnt sound in the best of states to sell as a whole unless someone wants a project. If it were around int the new year I'd maybe take it on, but it's not worth more than a grand or so.

\probably break it and make more if you have the time and space, assuming you can prove the engine rebuild was done and that for the engine.

Leather interior?

Alloys decent tyres?

So many variables sorry

I have the skirts just need the fittings and door trims as I want do it all oem and not just bond the skirts on so if I got the lot as a whole i would just sell the old skirts I have.

well seems to be some interest in parts anyway!
just got a quote for the taillgate and bumper to be sorted, the fuel pump fitted and 2 new tyres (part worns) and full valet for £510
I reckon it will pass mot then easily so i might just sort it
And yes ive got an invoicefor the engine re build
