avant rear lights - 2001 into 1998?

Hi,
hopefully a simple question - due to a bump need to replace rear light and bumper on my 1998 Avant
will 2001 [facelift look but not B6] parts fit?

the bumper will need the side mountings aswell,and the lights need one pin swapping over.
I have a bumper for sale,has slight damage to the drivers side arch,nothing a bit of filler won't fix,am after £25 plus postage for it.

Lights are a straight swap on the avant afaik?

Unlike a saloon, the only difference on the avant is the indicator is clear rather than smoked on the PFL ones.

yeah they have a clear section instead of a smoked one but I thought this was the reverse light rather than indicator?
Great to hear they could be straight swap as that's all i can find on ebay - no time to scour the scrappies!

Yes they are a straight swap as long as you use your existing bulbholders.
