I new that the bung in the battery box needed poking through as it was full of water, but i also wanted to check the state of the pollen filter........took the fascia plastic off to find no filter in place........My fault for not checking in the summer......
Not expensive i know but the stupid plastic screws wont take another turning.
Anyway, the bung under battery tray needed to be just touched for it to crumble, out flows about 2 litres of water, did the one under the master cylinder as i was there.
Best thing is that the mileage stayed the same after disconnecting the battery......

the mileage will always stay the same.
Even if you take the clocks out store them in the lost for 4 weeks. it will still be there.

The plastic screws than hold the scuttle panel down?
I don't think I've got any left. lol

I meant about the mileage in case it had been clocked.....Drivers side scuttle has slot screws and passengers side has the smallest phillips head screws in the world...
