RNS-D and iPod

Hi

My A4 has an RNS-D fitted and I wanted to know the best/easiest/cheapest way to connect an ipod?

Ideally I would like it to charge whilst it plays, a good friend of mine has offered to sell me a parrot kit at a good price that plays ipod so if it gets close to the cost of the parrot I will probably just buy the parrot.

That's what I used with mine, u do loose the cd function but all my music is on my iPod. And it charges aswell.
