how to lock central torsen diff..

hi, i want %100 lock or electrilock on my central torsen diff on my 97 2.8 quattro..
Im going to put electricity motor on my rear shaft and im thinking about that. if i dont lock center diff it may damage or i can loose power on motor shaft...
Does anybody know about that ??
