Potential Rusty A Pillars

Hello,
Was polishing the car the other day and felt bumps when doing the A pillars. Had a a look and can't see any split paint but there are a couple of patches of bumps on both sides.
Has anyone else got this and if so is it easy for a painter to rectify? Obviously this is not a part that can be changed so want to try and catch it before it gets worse.

If your lucky it might be covered under the 12 year anti corrosion wotsit.

They'll probably wriggle out of it, but worth asking all the same!

I thought it was a 10 year warranty for Audis. Hmm may ask
