Exhaust Manifolds S4 fitting

I was wondering if anybody can recommend somebody in the West Yorkshire Area to replace my S4 Engine Manifolds as they rattle, so i am going to buy some SS ones, but i realise the engine possibly needs lifting to fit.

So in a nutshell looking for somebody who can do this and at what cost, and i am also willing to help if possible

Unit 20 in Cheshire or JJB motors in York

I'd be very wary of SS ones, you dont want another £900 engine pull if your £200 SS manifold cracks 2 months down the line!
