4 to 3 spoke steering wheel

does anyone know how to swap a 4 spoke to a 3 spoke steering wheel?Its the right wheel for my age car.Is it plug n play?Also,is anyone going to adi that could help,if I bring some tools?

if so pretty easy to change

my car is a 2000 facelift,the 3 spoke wheel I haven't seen yet,but is for a 98 on,am picking it up from olds_kool at adi.So all I should need is a torx bit for the airbag,and a big torx for the wheel then?

np see you at ADI iirc the large torx for main bolt is a M12 torx

Its M12 ZXN not torx.

assuming the wheel you get has an airbag fitted then you are fine.
be careful buying airbags to fit to wheels as some of them have different horn ring contacts.
I bought an alcantara wheel without a horn ring and had to buy a TT wheel and strip the ring out as it was different to the one that is the stock item

still easy, just make sure you remove the ignition keys as a precaution when removing the bag.
I have taken mine off many times and never once removed the battery as suggested
