2nd Service Cost B5 S4

Just dropped my 2000 B5 S4 off for 4th service apparently the same as second.

Its got 45,603 on the clock

He says they will have to change the plugs.

Anyone any idea of cost...

I paid £140 ish for my 1.8 service at an independant specialist, including sparks.

thats a cheap service my tdi cost £300 at main dealer!

That's because you pay £80+ per hour at a dealer because their mechanics are just soooo good. Most specialists charge about half that price and they're usually ex VAG anyway.

My local dealer is 95 an hour, Bristol Audi.

It is robbery, I bet the guys in the shop get £6.00 of that

No it's £85 + vat

£99.875 / hour.

Charged £1.79 + vat for bottle of screen wash which they put in boot for me when I need it.
