How easy to remove front bumper?

My N/S/F bumper keeps poping out where it joins the wing, how easy to remove it and to c if i can fix or replace the securing clip,
does anybody know how these clips are fixed thats if there is a clip lol

Hi mate,

If noone else answers i'll scan in the page out of haynes manual and post it up! i think its pretty easy to remove if you know what to do.

Cheers SNOOP the audiworld has a good break down of wot to do , altho it was for a S4 but i imagine its the exact same! , will find out next weekend, also a BIG THANKS to derek for the offer of the haynes page scanned!
