central locking relay??????

hi is there a relay for the central locking pump?? if there is where would i find it cheers

Do you mean to power the pump? I would say there is a small relay on the circuit board of the pump unit in the boot.

i've gone through 2 pumps, when i fit them and try my alarm to lock the car the pump just clicks then you get that burning wire smell so i thought it might be a relay stuck with a constant feed an burning them out

Do you have an aftermarket alarm with remote central locking?

yea think its a clifford

I would check the wiring or get a different unit with a wiring diagram
