Cam Chain

Morning all. Just quick one...
Would anyone know, is it advisable to change the cam chain when replacing the the tensioner? I suspect not but just thought I'd ask

Depends if its looking knackered or worn. If in doubt might be worth changing it, they're only 30quid from All German parts.
