Noise from inside a4

Hello! This is my first post. Hope you help me, please. Here is my problem; when I turn on the air conditioner, it begins to make noise near the fuses box. I´ve changed the electro fan, but it stiils remain the same. I will change the thermic switch f18. ¿Will this work? Greetings from Barcelona, and thank you very much!

I've changed the f18 thermal contact, and the problem is not gone. I will repair then high pressure sensor of the climatronic. Hope this works. Saludos.
