got a coolant leak from where plastic flange / pipe with blue temp sensor meets the block -
pipe is part 028 121 132
trying to post pics - bit of rust colour around it as previous owner had been topping up water no coolant!
I have replaced the sealing washer / O-ring 037 121 687 [original dealer part],
but water still drips out, even without pressure from running it...
so - should I try another O-ring from another supplier or do the plastic flanges warp over time?
or, if the flange is warped could I sand/file the edges where the bolts pass though to allow the O-ring to seat onto the head better?
that ammount of water getting through looks too much for K-seal but may be wrong
