Facsia adaptor

Hi guys,

I've just fitted an aftermarket HU and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a facsia adaptor.

I have had a look and can't find one that fits. They are either too wide or just two end bits.

I have a 1999 quattro sport (facelift).

Help please
