Front caliper slide pins. What tool to remove them?

As per title. Is it a 7mm allenkey or is it a torx bit(and if so,what size torx)?
Car is a 96 1.8T with the 288mm discs.Wanting to change discs and pads this weekend but not sure I've got the correct tools.

    Thanks!

I concur, did mine the other day. Phoned work to say I would be late as brakes had gone and needed sorting, rolled in an hour later much to their disbelief as they assumed I wouln't be in. Why do people think changing a set of pads is close to witchcraft? lol
