So before I get a new lock mechanism I wanted toi check the old one. Now what I cannot undersatnd is the wiring does not seem to be correct. On the micro switch side I have pins in position 1 - 2 - 3 but on the plug side I have pins 2 - 3 - 4 wired (with the wire colours stated below)

Pin 2 - Brown
Pin 3 - Brown/Yellow
Pin 4 - Brown

Been looking at elsawin and want to confirm I have the correct diagram

Never mind fixed the fault. The brown/yellow wire is connect via crimp connector to two other brown/yellow wires. The b/y wire going into door micro switch had snapped at the crimp with the other b/y wires, soldered up and it's all working. Still puzzled as to why the micro switch & the harness are out (pin wise) but it's working fine like that!
