Thought I'd post some pics of the work in progress as it reaches stage 2
You may have seen my thread a few weeks ago about my 1.8TQS, well it went into the bodyshop a couple of weeks ago as there was literally a scratch, scuff, dinge or a rust bubble on every panel. Had both sides of the car, both bumpers and the boot done (bonnet was ok, so just had that buffed).
Before: (not bad from a distance but clear evidence of 12 years of life when you get close up)
After:
Quite impressed with the result but it is just screaming now "lower me"!!!!!
So back again it goes to the garage to have this lot whacked on.
Will post up some more pics of it lowered when I get it back later this week.
Then next step is exhaust and brakes! Any comments/ opinions welcome.
