just changed suspension on A4 but still not happy

I just put new 40mm bilstein suspensions on my a4 turbo. Now its 2 weeks but still from back my car is setting on sky but front look sweet. Can any one recommend any other suspension or any suggestion? I think is some thing wrong with this suspension

Have you got the springs on the wrong axles?

(holding my hand in the air, never changed suspension!)
