When they do them at work on other models which have similar they end up ripping the rubber out and then using an air chisel to get the casing out. Then the new ones slip in pretty much. Can be done on a drive its just not the easiest job to do. Bit of brute force is needed to get them out and various cutting is required. Also heard freezing the new bush makes it easier to get in.
