40mm or coilovers ?

obviously coil over are adjustable, but what would 40mm springs do to this?
still on standard 16"s at the moment

Depends on what you have on there. If you have sport suspension now you'll only see a 25-30mm drop

it's all standard at the moment..

Mine was that ride height when I got it, this is with sport struts and -40mm springs, I'm on 18s though but gives you a idea.

Oh and it is sat slightly lower then that now that the suspension has settled.
