    Ecu on eBay

Hi all just wondering if this ecu would be a plug and play or need coding of some sort?

    Item Specifics
    Intended Use: Modification/ Enhancement
    Type: Computer, Chip, Cruise Control
    Subtype: ECUs
Chipped ecu for Audi A4 and Passat 1.8T AEB engine code (may fit others as well)
    From 1997 to 1998 cars
    Bosch Number 0261204179
    VAG Number 8D0907558M
1st Stage programmed for stock engines. Will give 200bhp

Can remove immo for an extra 50 pounds so it can be used without the stock cluster / key.*

If your car is immo 1 or 2 it should be easily configurable with Vagcom.

    What age is your car?

Yeh the turbo will only really flow 190-195 in real terms.

Should more or less drop in, you will need to use vagcom to match the ECU to your IMMO unit but its really easy to do.

As it says on the advert, would it be worth 50 to remove the immo? Or would vagcom over come this?

No leave the immo alone, you just reprogram it to your car, which can be done easily with vagcom on a car as early as yours.

I have a mate with full VAG Com who's very local. Cam ask if he can do it for a couple of beer tokens.
