Hi I'm fairly new here, mainly because I've just bought my first Audi.
I knew when I bought the car the central locking pump was not working as electric windows, central locking etc didn't work. No big problem I bought one off eBay. Fitted it now electric windows, door censors work. I locked the car fine that was no problem until it came to unlocking the car. Just did nothing you can here the central locking pump trying to work but nothing happens.
To get back into the car I had to open the boot, disconnect then reconnect the central locking pump then it works??? While sat in the car with the ignition on I can lock/unlock the car with the central locking till my hearts content with the button on the drivers door.
This one has really stumped me. Please help.
