2.8Q stalling again

Had this problem before and turned out to be the water pump seizing causing stalling at junctions and traffic lights. Can't be this again as it was only 50k miles ago.
Car idle is very low around 400-500 revs and surges up and down. When you dip the clutch the revs dip right down once and this usually stalls it. If I blip the throttle to stop the revs dropping it doesn't stall, just idles really low.
Temp sender looks fine as all temps are correct.
Hopefully get it scanned tonight, dread to think what that'll turn up as it's been a while.
Car runs fine otherwise
 
Very wierd
Did a full scan, came back with a lot of throttle body & lamda sensor faults, cleared them and now the idle is fine, back up to a solid 800 revs.
Fingers crossed, see how she behaves tomorrow.
