Avant Rear Window Trim Removal?

Hello all.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the small triangular black trim that sits at the lower rear corner of the rear door window on the '99/200 S4 avant?
Mine are a bit corroded and I plan to tidy them up and paint etc.

afaik they're bolted in from the other side.
