need help with electrical prob.

hi everyone new member here and i am running a a4 2.5 tdi quatrro sport but having a problem with central locking system and interior lights staying on its either wires in the plug on b pillar or it is a fault in the door latch as the door is showing open on the computer when it is shut,have difficulty with this plug can anyone tell me how to disconnect it hope this picutre works...

Unfortunately can't help with the connector (though if its anything like the front doors, the connectors are joined on the inside of the A pillar), but to be fair its unlikely that its the culprit. far more likely to be the latch. (unless of course its the drivers door, then a wiring fault in the door shut would be more plausible).
