v maxx aftersale's help!

hi im new to this forum and need alittle help ive had v maxx coilovers on my car for under a year now but recently hit a pot hole resaulting in a broken shock, ive phone v maxx direct and told them the problem they said to phone around their dealers to see if they could supply one shock but all i keep getting off them is they are sold in kits Dose anybody know a shop that would be able to help me out? many thanks Rich

When mine broke it took 3 months to get them fixed under warranty. The reason i bought them was the 2 year warranty, rather than the quality.

You can go direct to them and they seemed helpful enough, just slow
