problem with passenger side window and sun roof opening of own accord any ideas what the problem is please

I have the same problem with my sunroof. I believe it to be the cold weather....its like my dad's a6 c5 2.8Q's stereo, adjusting the volume normally ends up with a head full of bass... so tempermental.
