BOSE speaker covers

How easy are these to remove and are they worth anything as I've got a pristine set on my new leather door cards?

not easy to remove the seem to be plastic welded on, might be worth something with the door cards may i ask why you want to take them off the door cards?

Didn't realise they were welded on, just thought that as I don't have BOSE they might be of use to someone else.
