Dropped the misses off at work and on the way home the belt fell apart.
It left with me the below.

Any one got any hint or tips on replacing the belt?
Well mainly how to get in there and make some room to do the job.

front bumper off, move front panel into service position, plenty of room!

I'd replace the tensioner at the same time, as its often that which causes the belt to fail.

Yeah it was the tensioner that failed.

I've heard about service mode. How do you do it?

EDIT:=- Got the parts. Do i wait for the rain to stop or get wet........Sod it, lets get wet.

Once the bumper is off, you will see the bumper shocks, which are held onto the car by three big bolts.

There is a fourth hole thats unused.

Thread a long bolt, or some threaded rod, into the unused hole, then unbolt the bumper shocks.

Undo the four bolts at the front edges of the wings, and two more at the ends under the headlights, and the whole panel will drop forward onto the bolts you fitted. You can then wiggle it forwards about 4-6", which gives you the room to get at the tensioner and belt.

Thanks aragorn.

I've taken the bumper off and moved the front end and gained access.
Snapped my T40, had a rounded off bolt that holds the fan blades on and I dont have the spanner needed to take the viscus unit off.
I went looking for the spanner but no where near me has it.
I've given up for the day, I'll try again tomorrow.

All done.

8mm allen key nut, bolt thingy behind the fan pulley.
Removed that and the pulley came off and it was all then so easy. :)

Thanks for the help again aragorn.

I didnt remove the fan when i did mine, i just faught with the belt for about 20mins and it eventually went on :p

Good job anyway!
