front fog lights

how do you change the bulb in the front fog lights on a face b5?........i neeed to change one but dont want to start messing about in the cold /snow trying to work it out and risk breaking something

you should be able to bob the bottom corner grille out with a flat blade screw driver. (if you look thru the vent just the other side of the fins theres a tab to release it. the grille also slots in to the bumper at the fog light end.)
you should be able to put your hand in and the back of the lamp will turn a bit and come off.
thing the bulbs are a h1. and so has a bit of wire with a spade terminal on. the earth wire attaches inside the lamp. the bulb has the usual metal clip holding it in.

Facelift fogs are H7 without doubt.

I have "borrowed" one from my fogs on occasion when i blew a headlight bulb to avoid driving around with one light on.

i knew they where defo h7 as had already checked to see what they were listed as , but just didnt know how to pop them out .......all done now tho good job as it ****** foggy tonight lol
