1996 Audi A4 2.8 quattro avant - 1999 tdi Passat saloon parts- interchangeable

Hi guys

Just wondering:
Does anyone know if the front end suspension parts will be the same? - i have a passat with front end suspension damage ie shock, hub carrier, and 2 lower suspension arms??
Also have the audi, which I could brake for spares if the parts are interchangeable

They are interchangeable but the v6 petrol springs are stiffer than the Tdi ones. Use the v6 shocks with the tdi springs (unless the v6 ones are sport springs/shocks|) and you'll be ok ! You might need tracking after...
