does any know of any good upgrades to the audi a4 quattro avant front seats as my dirvers seat is worn and the frame seems to have collapsed.

any S4/RS4 seats that drop in.
You will find that the bolster support has snapped off the frame and the edge is flopping around.
I just stripped some seats and this was the same on the drivers side.
will check mine to see if the runners and seat base are detachable, if they are I have a spare base, if not you could just strip it and weld it back on. new foam and you are good to go

I have now been kindly leant a a4 seat by QRSport and they are sending my seat to a guy who hopefully will be able to sort the frame and add a new bolster.
