Air con quantity in my TQS

Was just wandering how much I would need to charge the a/c system in my 99' a4 b5 1.8TQS just so I don't put to little or too much in when I do it ?? Eg - 700g +/- 25g

Cheers will have look later was looking round the front crossmember and that's why I couldn't find it
