wanted info and advice A4 1.8 tqs

after having my much loved minty A4 qs stolen and the insurance deciding not to pay out i've decided to have a change and try an A4,

what should i look for when viewing please?
are there any pitfalls to buying one?

will i be able to re-map as i had on my A3?

lastly, do anyone know of any minters currently for sale?
