Headlight problem

Was just checking to see why my passenger side headlight seems to jump every time I hit a bump and have found that the dipped headlamp section has come loose inside the unit. The main beam section seems ok.

Can I fix this? (I couldn't see how to get the headlight apart)

Failing that, has anyone got a spare one?

the lens' are usually mounted on little ball in socket type mounts. chances are the ball has just popped out.
From the back of the lamp try pulling the lens towards you and it should pop back in.

So that would be pushing the lens towards the front of the car?

now you say it it does read that way, what i mean is pull it towards the engine.

I have the same thing on me o/s lamp. The plastic scoket that screws to the reflector has broken. Trying to get a dontact for Depo now so I can sort a replacement, don't want to change a whole lamp for the sake of a silly plastic clip.
