Rocker Gasket

Ok so am slowly but surely getting through the bits this S4 needs doing.

My next issue is a leaky rocker gasket on drivers side, went to audi, bought a new one, fit it and it still leaks at the back, i think around the big rubber section that fills that gap at the back. Is there a knack to this? should i use some kind of sealer also?

I always use a smear of silicone sealant on both sides of the gasket especially in the corners, which normally does the trick.

i have some of that instant gasket stuff, i suppose that will be ok? , would you run it all round the head and into the little dips it has also?
