Clutch bleeding

Where would I find the clutch bleed nipple on a 2001 1.9 TDi B5?

Also what is the brake bleeding order? I've heard nearest to furthest, but is this from the master cylinder or ABS module?

clutch bleed nipple is on the slave cylinder on the upper n/s of the gearbox.
